Individual override parameters for an instance of an Item. The XXXItemInstance classes (TextItemInstance,ImageItemInstance, etc.) draw themselves optionally using values for color, text value, etc., from the corresponding XXXItem classes (TextItem,ImageItem, etc.) can make use of when drawing themselves
