This is an all-new module of the game October War from Strategy & Tactics magazine #61 (note: no Mech War content). It includes all additional materials I have found on-line (and more):-
- 5 superb new maps by Mark Neukom
- 2 extra scenarios by Mark Herman from Moves magazine #33
- 7 extra scenarios by Alan R. Arvold, including additional unit types from his Advanced Game
- pre-defined set-up files for all scenarios
- re-implemented high-resolution counters
- easy-to-use Off-Board Artillery plotting procedure
- many other VASSAL-specific tools and features
