Minor update from version 1.3
- Fixed Area 3, which was completely undefined
- Improved area zone definitions, many were fairly crude (~4 vertices)
- Added missing British tank to Tobruk Zone H for initial setup
- Swapped position of 2 Italian Infantry to their correct starting locations per rules (same size unit, so only favor impact)
- Moved British CIH armored car from adjacent to Zone A to adjacent to Zone B (historical starting location per rules)
- Created embedded version history file
