- Added "Default" pre-defined setup, so that you don't have to exit and re-enter the game to automatically reset the pieces.
- Converted the help doc from PDF to HTML, so that the module file isn't so large. This cut the module size by 75%, from about 13 MB to about 3.25 MB.
