I revised this 1969 game from Jim Dunnigan and I've adapted up to 7 players. The module contains all the rules necessary to play. You can have a print and play version at Boardgamegeek https://boardgamegeek.com/filepage/213171/ooww1-revised-and-variant-7-players
The new Diceless version (Origins of World War One Diceless Version v2.0.vmod) has a very different approach in handling Diplomatic Attacks, suggested by Gus Molz at Board Game Geek, which I am indebted. The complete PDF rules are included at the Help menu.
