Comments
While this is 2nd Edition, it doesn't use the actual map. Instead, it's a heavily edited version of the 1st Edition map that includes everything from 2nd Edition. It simply fits better on a computer screen.
To avoid pulling counters to start a new game, one of the drawbacks from the original, simply load the "RCW_2nd_Ed_Setup.vsav" file when beginning, then save as you play.
