The setup is complete, but it needs the Austrian and Prussian player to draw a random commander from the commander reserve to the Reserve, as the Notes section says.
v1.11 Changes:
- Added player hands with buttons to draw cards.
- Added menu commands to send Troops and Commanders back to their Reserve or Removes from Play pile
