ULB v2.4 includes the following changes:

Alerheim - fixed Gallas cavalry Morale Shaken level.
Lens - fixed Jaeger cavalry Morale Shaken level.
Rocroi - fixed Spanish 2 Strength Muskteers Morale Shaken level, fixed French cavalry units Donnekel and Del Brouck which had no on-counter features.
Mergenthiem - fixed Baden cavalry unit which had no on-counter features.
Freiburg 1 - fixed French LI units Wolf and Kurnreuter which had no formation on-counter.

ULB v2.3 includes the following changes:

added Battle of Alerheim
added unit highlighting
added multiple on-counter features and status including Formation, Morale, Pistols, etc.

Note that "versions" 1.2 and 2.1/2.3/2.4 are totally different modules!
