Thanks to Chris Kenney and Nicolas Cluzeau, version 1.3 has been proven defective! Do not d/l 1.3! Version 1.4 is in the bullpen. This version has addressed the issue of opp's moves being reported. After Vassal's site move and revamp I have not been able to figure out how to upload the new version that replaces the old version. Awaiting word from Vassal on how to do this.

In the meantime, the fixed module can be downloaded at http://www.mediafire.com/file/zq2jjmqmowm/Bismarck.vmod
