Can't load CC: Pacific Battle Pack 4 New Guinea

Can't seem to down load Battle Pack 4 now. Had to reload games because of hardware issues. All the modules for CC:Europe downloaded with no problem but when I go to download New Guinea in CC:Pacific I get a message that the battle pack is part of the CC:Pacific and I can't download it. It is not part of the CC:Pacific as far as I can see. Anyone else having a problem like this? Thanks in advance for any help.
