Version 2.0

What happened to version 2.0? It was up for a day or two, but no longer.

Return Action Markers

After using the Return button, the markers are not accessible. There is not a way to drag them from the stack to the Action Round Chart. Is there something that needs to be done to enable the chits be accessable?
