Un-resolved issues with this module

This module still has the 2004 board with the old CRT. The L1 on the 1's row of the looser's side were taken out in the revision in 2010.

Also, there are no cards from the 5-player expansion. There are 6 cards that get replaced as Carthage becomes a player power. The game is not well balanced with the old cards.
