Summary
This is my vassal play test version of a board game I have been developing.
This game is a 4x game where players take on the role of fledgling empires just emerging out of the dust after a mysterious event that destroyed all communications between the empires. This period was known as the Long Silence. The start of the game is mainly exploratory. Mid game tends to be diplomatic. The end game tends to be "dynamic"
The player's goal is to build up their empires and reconquer the galaxy. Your progress is tracked using GA points (Galactic Achievement), and you gain points by exploring and colonizing long lost planets, through trade and diplomacy, and even by extermination. Of course, you can win simply by being the last empire standing, or by being voted in as the Sole Ruler of the the Galaxy.
