v1.01: movement trails implemented, terrain beneath stacks can be seen, hide pieces button added.
v1.02: ownership of hidden units implemented, hidden units may be rotated for solitaire play, pieces are moved to a dead pile instead of being deleted.
v1.03: leader counters updated with corrected pics, keystroke/commands deconflicted to avoid duplications.
