Description:
This is an implementation of the game Port Stanley: Battle for the Falklands originally published in The Wargamer #26 in 1984 but since gone out of print. It simulates the land conflict between the Argentine and British forces on East Falkland in the early antarctic winter, 1982.
The module includes
- The rules as a PDF in the Help menu
- Semi-automatic weather determination
- Semi-automatic actions on turn and phase progress (use turn tracker)
(there's no tutorial - yet).
The module is based on the Print'n'Play version generated in LaTeX using the wargame package. The sources for both Print'n'Play document(s) and the module can be found that that location. All text and graphics is entirely new.
