Summary
With permission from the Module Maintainer, Joel Toppen, I am submitting TAC_v1.5.vmod to correct two errors in the previous vmods:
1) Removed duplicate Italian Sirte Division counter present in Tobruk in the setup. It could not be seen until one hovered over Tobruk or physically moved the unit off Tobruk, leaving its duplicate behind.
2) Both the German 90th and 164th divisions were missing their second counters (2-6 and 1-5) for step reductions. The flag to allow all four steps to appear was turned on.
