Map Making

I think that I take a different approach to map making for VASSAL. I've seen instructions and read messages on the email list from people asking how to get the hexgrid aligned with the map using the VASSAL controls. The instructions talk about getting the "x" coordinates aligned properly (through trial and error) and then work on getting the "y" coordinates aligned. After spending hours sometimes trying to get this to work and still not being satisfied, I decided to come up with another way. Thus, the instructions below. Note that these instructions assume that you already know how to make modules using the VASSAL editor. This tutorial is for the graphical elements of your module - things that you actually do outside of the editor. Also note that my tutorial uses Photoshop (v7.0) for this work. I'm sure that Paint Shop Pro can do the same things, but a bit differently.
