Columbia Games: Eastern Theater of the American Civil War
Version 7 (and 6a and 6b) correspond to the 2014 Kickstarter (game version 2) edition of Bobby Lee. This version has all 4 setups (1861-1864), and it corrects a number of bugs in the v6s. In particular, v6 omits the CSA leader Holmes. If you are currently playing v6 or earlier, you cannot switch to v7 in mid-game. I suggest in your current v6 game, when you remove a 2-step, 1-range CSA leader that you put him back into the pool to represent the missing Holmes.
In your private window, you have a set of cards. Use them to bid at the start of a quarter. You can flip your choice facedown and put it on the map. (The cards do not use masks, so you don't need special privileges to flip them faceup.)
