What's different in version 1.6 from 1.5:
- Fixed: "Discard Flags" button now ignores yellow flags
- Added: "Flip" Yellow flags to "Time Limited Yellow flags" (V8 Variant).
- Added: Auto-reshuffle race and track decks when the last card has been drawn
- Added: "Mark as moved" feature for car pieces (Shift-Ctrl-M)
- Added: "Mark All Unmoved" button to reset all car pieces as not moved.

Comments
This module is an based on race_formula90_v6_1.vmod.
It is upgraded to all new 2nd edition's tracks but keeps:
- The 1st edition's Player Boards, having the newer 2nd edition strategies been converted to chits.
- The 1st edition's Race and Track cards, except Suzuka and Magny-Curs where the new cards have been added.
